At Leakos, the Cardinals and Aces went into extra innings, because 7 innings resulted in a 5-5 tie. In the 8th the Cardinals put up 2 in the top half, but the Aces could only counter with one in the bottom half and the Cards took it, 7-6, in 8. Both teams had strong pitching performances, Addie Zeibert going 8 for the Aces, and Jon Ikert going 7 for the Cards. Andrew Gentes earned the win by pitching the 8th. Billy Gherasim led the offence by going 2 for 3 with 3 runs scored.
