At Cairns Field, in Game 1 of the A Div finals, the Thunder edged out the Armadillos, 10-7. Matt Hudec led the offense with 3 hits and scored 4 runs. Tanner Gerwing had a triple and 3 RBIs. Trent Marien and Gavin Nolin conbined for 7 strong innings on the mound. Game 2 is at Cairns on Wednesday at 6:30 pm.
